On Thursday Nov. 1st I was driving south on highway I -75 near Ocala and saw one of your trucks. He was in the middle lane and getting ready to move right. The reason I noticed is because I have NEVER seen a professional hauler use such care to make sure his move was safe and slow. He was going maybe 60 (not 75!) and took plenty of time to move the rig gently over.

I was so impressed that I slowed back to get your name off the truck. When I got back to the side I saw the VERY HAPPY horses all nibbling hay and "chatting" on their ride. No tuned out zombies or panicked faces. My friends and I are always terrified to have a horse hauled it is usually a matter of who won't beat or cook them, but I'm very happy I have your name, now.

Being one who hates change, making the decision to switch to somebody I don't know and who isn't "as big" was not an easy one. But, I posted on COTH and UDBB and all I can say is WOW ... you have glowing reports, many from multi-time users.

I will be setting up my horse's return before April 15 I just wanted to be there to see him load - but my hubby wants to ride him a few
times before he comes home : )

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for hauling my horse from Lubbock, TX to Tomball, TX for me on August 8th. I am always nervous about other people hauling my animals, but it was just not possible for me to get up to Lubbock to get my mare. Skip was absolutely wonderful with her! I was not there when she was put on the trailer, but I was very worried about her loading since this would only be her 2nd time in a trailer, but my friend who met Skip at the barn of pick up said she followed Skip right into the trailer like she had done it 100 times. Skip was great the entire time, answered very time I called and kept me updated on their progress and how she was traveling.

When she arrived at my barn here in Tomball, she unloaded with ease and looked wonderful even after hauling 9 hours in the heat. You wouldn't even know she had just made a 9 hour drive in the middle of the summer, she looked so happy and calm.

Skip was great with her and extremely courteous and polite, as well as his wife and niece(who loved my little mare and my mare I think loved her just as much).

Thanks again and I have already reccommened you guys to some friends of mine and I am sure I will beusing your services again in the future.

Hey Bill,

I just wanted to tell you that you Tom did a great job with Flash. He did his best to keep the farm and I informed on his whereabouts and when he unloaded Flash she was in good shape. He was honest about the fact that she wouldn't drink much on the tralier, which enabled us to get her some water ASAP.

I just wanted to drop you a line to sincerely thank you for your efficiant return of our mare, Pica, to her home, here in California. This "delivery" was, I feel, quite different from the majority of the trips you make with horses, in that you agreed to go way beyond the "call of duty" to collect her from a decidedly unsavoury character who was affectively holding her ransom.

You were prepared to confront the man who had my hore against my will, hand over the $2,000 cashier's check to secure her release and took her to the safety of your facility before setting out from Texas to deliver her to Northern California.

I have nothing but praise and thanks for the way you handled this situation; keeping me informed regularly as to the condition of my horse and later, numerous updates on the distance you were away, so as to time her arrival home.

I would highly recommend your company to anyone who needed to have a horse transported across the USA in the knowledge that the animal would be well-cared for by a man with a big heart!

Excellent, Bill. Thank you for the notice. I assume she arrived safe and sound yesterday. I know Stephanie is in Missouri right now and so I did not hear from her yesterday. I will plan to drive up there after work this evening and visit with LuLu.

Bill, my quarter horse mare arrived safe and sound. Thanks for arranging an excellent transportation service.  It was money well spent and provided a much better ride for her than the two horse trailer I would have used.

Cathi, thanks for delivering my horse in such good condition.  With her limited trailering experience I was concerned how she would take a three day trip, but you provided a great ride for her.  Your trailer set up is really super, I hope you made it back to Seattle in good shape, and good luck on your future trips.

Thank you for the quick response in helping getting my two year old filly to her new temporary home at Second Rescue. Although your young man seemed a little worn out from a roping engagement the night before, he arrived 25 minutes early. (we hadn't even given the tranquilizer shot yet - the vet said to wait and give it 15 minutes before your trailer was due to arrive)

He had to wait until it took effect (which unfortunately the shot did not help much) - he was patience and did not get all nervous when she freaked out rearing and throwing a fit...she was horrid and he took it in stride. Of course, the man who owns the property where I board had to help... it took about 20 minutes to get her loaded...could have been a lot worse.

Anyhow just wanted to say thanks for the quick scheduling and his being early/on time and especially his patience!

I just wanted to drop you a note about my extreme satisfaction with my horse's move this month.  The equipment was clean and very well maintained.  The drivers were beyond courteous and professional.  Finally, the care given to my horse was first rate. 

I will be happy to recommend your services to anyone in my barn or in my horse world.   Rarely have I been treated with more respect and understanding. My favorite part was the access to you and the driver.  Barry was fantastic about calling me, telling me where they were and how my girl was doing. He even took the time to call a few days later to see how she settled in.   

I can't describe how much that eased my tension about the move. 

Maurya is doing well and has decided that she likes Sarasota just fine.

Hi Bill!

I just wanted to say thank you for selecting Larry and Darren to move Stetson.  He arrived this morning in fabulous condition, you would never guess that he had traveled almost 3000 miles in the past 5 days! 

The communication was great, they always contacted me when they said they would. 

I never had to wonder where they were or how he was doing.

Thank you for your help in hauling my gelding this past weekend. I can't thank the hauler enough on how courteous he was; the care he gave my horse and the updates he gave me during the haul. 

My trainer in California was very happy with the condition the horse was in when he arrived.

I want to add that having a well-respected trainer, such as Michael Byatt give your service a "thumbs-up" recommendation, was very helpful.

Hi Bill,

I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with you and your rig when you arrived to pick up my mare.  I have had her for 12 years and so it was a very difficult day for me but you handled her (and me!) with professionalism and care.  She had never been on a trailer for longer than 3 hours so the trip to from Maryland to New Orleans was quite an adventure for her. 

I appreciated the updates and was glad to hear that she arrived safe and sound in her new home.  Please feel free to use me as a reference.

Bill,

I would recommend anyone, at any time, shipping a horse, to re-arrange whatever schedule they may have so that you can do it.  The time, attention and care you put into those horses while on the road with you is incredible. 

When bringing my three, not only did they look healthy, relaxed and groomed...so did the two others.  They settled right in here on the farm, showing no signs of any stress from the trip whatsoever.
Even having Chance go from California all the way to the east coast here in such a short time with you, he looked great, and it was his first time away from 'home'.

For boarding, I have never experienced anyone who looked at my horse as if it was his own.  The gentleness, wisdom, experience and sheer time you put into Bendecido for the time he was with you...I do not know how to say 'thank you' for that. 

You and Lita both went way beyond the call of duty with him, taking him from that abusive situation, and turning him into a calm, gentle horse willing to trust humans, again.  If my horses could not be at home with me, I would want them at your home.

Anyone needing to board should trust you to the absolute fullest, and feel confident that their horse was being looked after by the best there is.

Clay Holton just delivered a Stonewall Sporthorse stallion to my barn and I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful driver.

Clay was always available to talk to for progress updates regarding time of delivery. The truck and trailer was impeccable and clean - no mounds of manure and shavings in the trailer and an obvious caring of the well being of the horse being delivered.

Dear Bill,

I want to thank you again for taking such good care of my "girls."

I have used several professional horse transportion companies in the past. But your service surpassed, by far, any I had received previously.

How refreshing...
*to get a prompt response to a rate request
*to have that rate be more than reasonable
*to not have to wait for ages to have the horses picked up
*to have them delivered at a reasonable hour (instead of 3am)
*to have them come off the trailer fresh and happy

Both of my mares are in foal. Neither showed any signs of stress.
They were in perfect condition when they arrived.
